The 100% accurate registration is a key feature of the Rollem ETR. Perform edge trimming, bleed-slitting, scoring, stop-perforation on all types of products ranging from direct mail pieces, brochures, telephone cards, variable data sheets and much more. The deep pile feeder handles up to 30" of stack at a time which increases output volume and decreases operator time.
With the addition of a Rollem Rollaway sheets with multiple images are trimmed and cut in two directions to produce stacks of highly accurate finished cards, with the ability to include multiple perf out reply cards or coupons. Stocks ranging from 16 lb onion skin to 40 pt. Board or UV coated materials and cross grained papers are handled flawlessly on the Rollem. The ETR is the ideal mid-level finishing system.
