NEW Continuous Feeder
Finishing capabilities are expanded further with the addition of the new
Continuous Feeder, enabling the un-interrupted feeding of stock with no
pile run out. Ideal for larger runs and high-volume scoring and
perforating jobs, this feeder is Rollem's newest product designed for
larger finishing operations. As many as a few thousand sheets of
material can be loaded at once and can be replaced while the machine is running.
Production is increased greatly as up to a few thousand sheets of material are loaded and reloaded while the machine is running. This non-stop feeding and processing eliminates stoppage on higher volume scoring, perforating and slitting jobs resulting in significant overall cost savings. When combined with any existing 8-page folder, the TR System delivers finished product five times faster than conventional methods.
The feeder design offers Loading on Operator, Non-Operator or Center Feed for flawless entry on to the TR Table Register Tapes for 100% registration. The unit's low profile reduces operator fatigue.
