Rollem will exhibit its latest models for digital color finishing.
Models include the Champion ETR Rollaway which will demo a
two-up mailer as it is processed to deliver two folded, scored
and perforated mailers which include four tear-off coupons…all
in one pass. Other models will include the Champion 990 for
entry-level scoring, perforating and slitting applications
as well as the Auto-4 CPS multi-function numbering, perforating,
scoring and slitting machine. By performing multiple processes
in-line with Rollem systems you eliminate extra manpower,
machines and touch points, resulting in greater profits and
the highest quality finishing your customers want.
CHAMPION
ETR & ROLLAWAY
The Champion ETR System is one of the newest models in Rollem’s
line designed for mid-sized runs. It’s loaded with many features
like die-scoring, micro-perforating, automatic pile feeding
and flawless registration. The ETR increases production and
profitability with the ability to load up to 30” of stock
at one time, and the flexibility to run in-line with any 8
page folder. Process coated or cross grain paper at speeds
up to 18,000 sheets per hour. Key to the ETR is the ability
to slit and score on all types of digitally printed materials,
independent of the press method i.e., toner based, ink based,
etc. The 100% accurate registration is a key feature of the
Rollem ETR. Perform edge trimming, bleed-slitting, scoring,
stop-perforation on all types of products ranging from direct
mail pieces, brochures, telephone cards, variable data sheets
and much more. With the addition of a Rollem Rollaway sheets
with multiple images are trimmed and cut in two directions
to produce stacks of highly accurate finished cards, with
the ability to include multiple perf out reply cards or coupons.
