The Jetstream's versatility enables you to customize its configuration. It can run off-line as a stand-alone unit, near-line or in-line. The in-line configuration accepts material directly from a press or coating machine.

Jetstream — Press sheets to finished cards in one step!
Rollem Jetstream is a high volume, fully automated trimming, slitting, perforating and scoring system.
The Jetstream machine was designed to take full printed sheets with multiple printed images and convert the sheet in two directions into the final product size. It is the most cost effective method for cutting high volumes of postcards, photo cards, advertising cards, and variable data sheets.

This system is ideal for finishing sheets directly from all types of digital presses or as a self-contained unit at speeds up to 5,000 sheets per hour. The ability to trim, slit and cut in one fully automatic system, with virtually an unlimited amount of cards per sheet, makes the Jetstream the most cost effective method for finishing card products.
In-line pattern perforations create "T" or "L" perforations for coupons and reply cards, both value added features. The cut product can now be delivered into any one of a few delivery options that includes; shingle delivery stacker (post cards and business cards) or a newly developed patented collating cartridge to create perfect sets (games, playing cards, and telephone cards).
