The Jetstream's versatility enables you to customize its configuration. It can run off-line as a stand-alone unit, near-line or in-line. The in-line configuration accepts material directly from a press or coating machine.

The Jetstream accepts full sheets with multiple card images and converts the sheet in two directions, delivering high volumes of business cards, as well as other card products. This fully automated bi-directional slitting machine (with perforating and scoring) is ideal for digitally printed business cards. Rollem utilizes the press register guide to guarantee cutting accuracy (to .02mm +/- .002 inch) through the run. Perform common cuts as well as bleed cuts. Production speeds to 144,000 cards per hour.
The ability to trim, slit and cut in one fully automatic system, with multiple cards per sheet makes the Jetstream the most cost effective method for finishing business cards. The cut cards can be delivered into either a shingle delivery stacker or bin delivery unit.
BENEFIT: Multiple finishing steps including slitting and bleed trimming are performed in one machine, eliminating excess manpower, waste and the need for guillotine cutters. Produces finished products of the highest quality with 100% accuracy and squareness.
