June 2011
- Sharper, a Personalized Communications & Promotional Products firm located in Calgary, Canada installed a new Rollem Jetstream system. The two-directional finishing system is used for various products including bi-directional micro-perforating of recall cards and scoring and slitting postcard and medical reminder products.
- Drawing Board of Waynesboro, PA installed a 24” Jetstream system for Business card slitting.
- Print Management Group of Indian Trail, NC installed a 24” ETR slitting and scoring machine to produce CD in-lays.

- Finch Paper in Glen Falls, NY installed an 18" Champion 990 Perforating, Scoring
and Slitting unit for use to pre-perf blank sheets they sell. They make 700 tons of
high quality uncoated text & cover, opaque and digital papers each day.
- Clearwater Graphics in Rancho Cucamonga, CA installed a 24" Single Head ETR
for perforating sheets being used for a school curriculum activity.

- Mercury Printing in Memphis, TN is a commercial shop with offset and digital capabilities.
They recently installed a 30" Double Head TR and a 24" Rollaway, along with a pre-loader,
delivery conveyor and deep pile feeder for finishing Greeting Cards.
- Envision Print in Wichita, KS installed a 24" Jetstream slitting system along with a delivery
conveyor to be used in-line with a new Digital Press for business card slitting.
- Mountain Commercial Graphics in Houston, TX produces durable, exceptional, high-quality
screen printing and digital graphics in their 50,000 sq. ft. facility. They recently received
installation of a 24" Rollem Semi Slitter to perform back-slitting/face-slitting, also known as
semi-slitting, on their pressure sensitive products.

MSP recently received installation of a Rollem ETR/Rollaway Scoring, Slitting, Perforating and Trimming
System. The Freedom, PA based firm is a full-service direct mail marketing company, offering a broad range
of services to business and non-profit clients. Services include printing, mailing, database development and
management. The 2D Finishing and Fold system includes a ETR, right angle Rollaway and Plow Folder ideal
for greeting cards. The 2-up Digital Press sheets are trimmed and separated by a center slit on the ETR, then
simultaneously cut, scored and finish trimmed on the Rollaway followed by plow folding for precisely finished
card products.

Graphic Finishing Services in Coon Rapids, MN installed a PB-15 high performance automatic feeding, jogging, drilling and delivery system. They use it for general trade finishing work.
CPS Printing in Carlsbad, CA, an offset and digital printer, installed a 42" DH TR Die-Scoring, Slitting, Trimming and Perforating system with a Continuous Feeder and a 30" DH Rollaway for higher volume, two-directional finishing.

Serving the New England area for over 60 years, Central
Paper Company, Inc. represents the nation's leading paper

With
a new On-line store and three additional locations, the
firms Pawtucket, RI location received installation and
training on a Rollem 24" Advantage system. This slitting,
scoring, and perforating system will be used to perforate
and score various blank paper stocks.

Prisma Graphic, a commercial printer recently installed
its second TR Die-Score system. Tony D., Production
Manager for Prisma Graphic states, "the need for
the second TR system became necessary because of the
high volume on our existing 36" TR system. Its versatility
and flexibility handle 98% of our finishing jobs."
- Digital Color World - Sun Valley, California
Digital Color World recently traded its 30" TR Die-Score
systems for an upgraded, computerized 42" TR Die-Score
system with the Right Angle to handle the firms two-directional
CD inlay work.
- Regal Printers Installs Rollem TR Die-Score System
Regal printers, located in Forked River, NJ, recently
installed a new Rollem TR Die-Scoring system with a
Rollaway Right Angle.
