The Champion 990 series was created over 40 years ago to be the best finishing system for every size shop and every size run. Today with 10 models to choose from the Champion still delivers the highest quality for long-term profits. All of the Champion Series is available with a Double Shaft option. A clever design, these double head machines run two tandem shafts in perfect registration so the first head can lightly score while the second head follows with a deeper score that reduces the chance of cracking regardless of coverage, grain direction or stock weight. Increased profitability created by the Champion 990 means increased growth for your company. As your needs change, you can upgrade from the base 990 to a Turbo Airfeed or ETR system.

With the introduction of the ETR and TR Die-Score Systems, Rollem moved into the next generation of sophisticated finishing equipment. These models are the perfect example of how we exercise engineering success to broaden the application process and meet our customers needs.

The single-pass in-line, multiple processing capability of the TR series eliminates additional work stations and give you total job control. You can score, slit, perforate and in combination with any Rollaway Right-Angle, deliver finished product with one operator. Customize the TR to process brochures, inlay cards, double gatefold literature, two-directional processing and cross-over designs. You'll get 100% accuracy, at one work station, with one operator—up to five times faster than a press!
