Introducing the Insignia Die Cutter Series
The Insignia Die Cutter Series is a leader in the rotary die cutting space for folding carton and packaging production. This new class of rotary, sheet-fed, flexo-magnetic die cutting machine has been a game changer for both offset and digital adaptors seeking entry into the high-value packaging market. With its ease of operation and fast make-readies, Insignia is the ideal match for HP Indigo presses, with four model sizes ranging from 20”x14” up to 30”x24”. Nonskilled operators are trained by Rollem’s own support team on the easy design, ordering and application of the flexible dies along with machine operations. Insignia7 will die cut, kiss cut, crease, perforate and emboss a virtually unlimited number of products. It’s the ideal die cutting solution for output from Indigo B2 presses such as the 100K and 15K. The IS7 is ideal for die cutting folding cartons, gift card carriers, presentation folders and industrial component identification labels. Insignia utilizes a wide range of substrates, up to 24 pt. thicknesses. Insignia’s unique design includes the automatic stripping unit to divert the matrix and deliver the die cut pieces onto a choice of delivery options. Whether it’s a slow-moving shingle delivery table or a vertically receding stacker, Rollem provides the most efficient off-loading of products, which is key to automation for end-of-line production.
