Cardistry™ integrates slitting, cutting and collating into a single inline workflow, eliminating traditional multi-stage handling while significantly reducing labor dependency. The exciting demonstration follows the playing card press sheet as it is fed, bi-directionally cut, die-cut and inserted into a boxing line – all in a single pass! Cardistry is available in two models: the SL (Single Line) system, capable of processing up to 1,800 sheets per hour, and the DL (Double Line) configuration, featuring dual cutting and collating sections delivering up to 3,200 sheets per hour. The inline two-directional capability enables production of up to 60 finished packs per minute, with operation by a single operator.
